The top bud looks done, but the rest might have another week or two to go. Do you all concur and if so what should I do?

I had to harvest top buds on one of my 3 Lowryder/Bluberry Sunday. The other two were not ready along with the lower buds on one top harvested. I say if your trichomes are telling you; then it is time. They look great!
Staggered harvests work too. Just chop the ones that are ready. And the rest will mature.
