40 days in and some of these leaves are getting big wondering when is the best time to clip some off

Ifnur still in veg if photos ur good to defol now if want. Wait a week then flip to flower. But usually afyer flower flip its 21 days 42 days and 2 weeks before chop. Veg can defol anytime as lo g as u dont overdue it. Welcome and good luck. I do massive defols to my plants when i do them
