Too early to plant outside?

I have clones that are ready to go to ground. But in Southern California the nighttime is still about 13 hours. There is no danger of cold damage. Can I go ahead and plant them, or will the little plants try to flower?

Wait about another month and a half

I put one of the clones in the ground about a month ago since I had plants to spare and I was curious. It has grown slowly but steadily, and looks to me like she is sprouting flower buds at the nodes. If left alone, will a flowering female revert to veg phase when the days get long? Or is she too screwed up now to let her live?
