during the day{9-4) i let my plants sit out & soak up the wonderfulness of the one&only original light.From 7-9a & 4p-7:30p they’re under a “cheap” led & i mean cheap(i think)… But back to the question… will this stress my plants? just started 2nd week of flower

The only thing I would worry about is inside/outside. I never take my plants outside if they are an indoor grow as I don’t want pests but nothing compares to good ol sol.
@Puffinton77 And it’s possible to put it in stress mold different light different rays plus bring pest in as @Bonjoyle saying most are easy to control but if you bring spider mites and you can’t see them til to late happy growing my friend
