To Hold Or Not To Hold

Hopefully I explained it well enough so ya’ll can understand. Holding your breath over time doesn’t increase the amount of gas to transfer into the blood system. CO2 is exchanged in the other direction and is off gassed when you exhale.

Awesome explanation @Flyr! Just what I was hoping for. That makes complete sense. Holding your breath feels like there’s still pressure, but it all equalized quickly inside. Perhaps taking short “sips” of air (or product) is better - but then why not just take another full hit and enjoy?!!

That’s why the studies been out there for so long. We just keep saying they are inconclusive so we csn keep smoking and “trying again” haha
