Remember what ever you do please don’t screw up on the drying and curing and end up with stuff that smells like hay! Just saying

Low and slow is the way to dry. You want temps and humidity lower than the target 62% but not a lot lower. Lots of airflow and you can use things like large paper bags to slow down the drying. 7 to 10 days is ideal. Do NOT go by “when the branches snap” because that’s really after cure you will see that.
