Tired everything can someone tell me was wrong

Upper part of the plant = immobile. Probably some minor mineral or nutrient. Are you using distilled water?

I don’t know in what you need help but I see over watering and color of you leaf can be some nutrients problems or some genetic

That plant is hungry and possible overwatered.

I agree with @oldmarine looks to be sulfur issues

What I do with my tap water is get a couple clean 5 gallon buckets, aquarium air pump, tubing and air stones. Fil the buckets and drop the air stones in. Let them vent off for 24 hours. This allows alot of that chlorine…etc to vent out of the water.

Last year I discovered our water has chlorimide instead of chlorine. Not as easy to remove. I use rain, well or store bought spring water instead.

oh wow, doesn’t surprise me at all. So far, my water is doing pretty well for my plants. I’m sure I have Chlorimide in mine as well, ignorance is bliss lol.
