So I’ve seen it around lately online, havent done any research, but what are the benefits of pine needles and clover in your pots/soil indoors?

Pine needles are acidic. Don’t know about clover.

Cover crop maybe, not very well versed there. But I feel like it’s a method of providing nitrogen in an organic no till operation.

Pine needles I’d avoid for their acidity, where as clover is a nitrogen fixer.
