I have these teenie tiny bugs crawling around on the outside of my pots what could they be and any suggestions

You could try Jack’s dead bug spray. Neem oil.

I suspect root aphids …if the larger white object trailing off the right side of the pic is one of them …
Here’s a random shot of one off the internet …
If that’s the case they are a real problem to try and eradicate
You will need to do a lot of research and it’s beyond the scope of explaining it all here
I do also remember @NYDon had this issue and I believe had some success getting rid

The withe thing on the side of the pic is a root
I was reading on soil mites and think that’s what they might be @Lacewing

They are spring tails I water all four with mosquito bits let the runoff sit in the pans for 20 min there was this
Can see them “jumping” off each other

Not a very hard pest to get rid of
@Lacewing yeah, I had success with dealing with the root aphids using this stuff.
Dealing with them is one of the reasons i abandoned soil for hydro.

That really close up one does for sure …I remember too thrips can drop off the plant and remain in the soil too
