Tiny bugs on my plant

I’m not sure if ya can see them but they are little white bugs and some are brown they are just crawling I’ve seen about 6 or 7

Cant see them, but you are describing Aphids as far as I can tell

For my IPM ( Integrated Pest Management) I use table spoon of Neem oil and a squirt of organic soap in a quart spray bottle of water ,one week and the next week Captain Jack’s
