So roughly 3.8 zips dry if you guys still go by 20%. That and/or this, is a heck of a haul off of your ScrOG @bob31

Nicely done and that’s a nice looking “pile” on the plate!

Congratulations @bob31 Cant wait to see the results. You sure do keep some detailed notes. I can’t tell you when I fimmed or topped any of my plants. Only when I water and feed them. I should do better but after getting up at 3 a.m. every morning I just don’t have it in me to get that detailed. That’s why you are a mentor on here and I’m merely an observer

Nice job @bob31… Impressive grow, I see you put right into paper bag. How long do you leave them in bags? I’m drying one plant now, I have them hanging in guest bathroom shower stall… Lol… Just put some in a big paper bag, contagious method

I don’t have a place to hang them @Zombo so the bag is my only option. I do the same, let them dry slowly until the RH gets down below 60 and then I jar them up for the cure. I burp the bags and toss the buds so they get air to all their parts. The last time it took about 4-5 days. I expect a few more days than that this time.

I have been doing that right along, slows the drying process down and according to several web articles I’ve read it helps keep the smell in the bud because the bags are closed. That might be BS though, lol

The paperback method is the one I used in my younger days with great success but I tried it differently last time and I can say I’m going back to the brown paper bags this harvest.

I have seen guys dry effectively in cardboard boxes as well. I just don’t have the patience for all of that! lol @Sirsmokes

I tried the box cut vents and had 2 fans circulating air I left it in there for a few days but with the fans going it dried out the outside bad and the inside was wet so I put them into glass jars and burped the shit out of them and still had about 13 grams trying to mildew on me. So back to the bag for mee anyways

@bob3 Very nice harvest on the Gold Leaf. I enjoyed reading your journal, I always pick up useful hints.
