The photos aren’t close up enough for others to tell. You will have to be the ultimate
judge on when the time is right. If you see a spattering of amber on the bud itself, then
the time has come for an introduction to the scissors.

Damn, day 65? I’m on 81 and no where near as close. I’d say they look pretty good. Look at the trichs to see if any have turned amber/died. Apparently, that’s one of the best times to harvest. Based on the pics (granted, not under a microscope), the trichs are getting to the cloudy stage. They have that frosty appearance which happens when they become cloudy.

That’s about as close as I could get my camera, might try tomorrow in the sun to get a better picture.

Get a $20 usb scope to hook to your phone on amazon. Will get u the look you need to know when ready. Or a jewelers loupe for cheaper. But u can share pics with the scope

Just tried it. Man you have to have a steady hand to use it. Very hard to get a picture. I had to take a video and this is the best I could get…

Thanks for sharing the experience. That is wht I was afraid of…I can’t keep my hands steady enough with my pocket microscope to see anything clearly. I was going to get one of those digital microscopes, but might hold off.

I use something to sit it on. Paper towel and toilet paper rolles work nice. Or a big box u can set next to it

I was actually thinking of getting some sort of small tripod. I don’t have much room in my tent for a box or stand of any kind really. The camera is pretty cool. Maybe it just takes some getting used to.
The camera did come with a little stand thing but in order to use it, I’d have to rip a nug off and put it under the camera like a regular microscope.

Takes a pretty steady hand! Lol! Keep working with it, takes practice for sure. Plant looks good and healthy. I have a white widow that is very close, so I understand the nerves! Hang in, and keep an eye on those trics.

Welcome Very nice ! 65 days I just trimmed a Girl Scout cookie extreme Auto over a hundred days broke my own record on Autos. 6 an 1/2 oz. Not counting the small stuff. I think she has more to offer if you have the space and willing to wait. Happy growing my friend!
