A customer has a question and I hope we can get some opinions on it, thanks
I’m a newbie on indoor growing. I grow awesome plants outdoors but indoors is kicking me in the pants! Can you tell me what I’m doing wrong… they start budding when they’re only ‘bout 10 in tall…HELP
A 12/12 light schedule will push photo plants to flower. Try an 18/6 schedule until they’re the size you want, then switch to 12/12 to begin flowering. If they’ve just begun flowering you can still change to 18/6 and they will revert back to veg without too much stress.
Keep them at anything 18+hrs of light per 24 hr period. Once you go below 16hrs of light, you could trigger your plant to flower, but at 12hrs of light or less, you’ll definitely start flowering.
You also don’t want to interrupt the dark cycle with light, b/c that can make the plant act-up & do something…like hermying.
If you revert photo period to 18/6; It will take at least a month to reveg the plant and go through veg again. Best to start some new beans and start over. Let the plants in flower finish and test your smoke. Good Luck, lw

Too late to change back. Best to flower them out.

**Ok I’ll take your advise
If I switch to 12/12 to help initiate flowering and am successful, should I leave them under 12/12 or go back to 18/6? Never done Auto’s so I’m not sure what to do.
