The problems don't stopp

Hi my plant has white spots everywhere (I don’t know what parasite it has) is it automatic 30 day outdoor can i use neem oil can it work? if not which insecticide do you suggest for this case

Yes, neem oil should take care of it, spray til dripping wet, make sure to get the underside of the leaves as well, repeat weekly, don’t spray with lights on.

the problem became much worse the plant seems to be infected whole is it worth trying? I used pyrethrin but nothing happened I need help…
