The little seedling that can’t

This thing has been above ground for about a week and a half. This is how it’s looked since the day it broke ground. It’s adding no leaves. What is happening?
I guess I’ll just care for it until is sprouts leaves or dies.

I would place a humidity dome over it. Lightly mist inside your dome, put over your baby, and then mist the outside of dome and allow to create a moisture ring around plant. Seedlings take moisture from the air. Roots aren’t established yet.

Keep an eye, when inside of dome starts to dry, re-mist.
