The leaves lost color and I assume I am suffering nutrient lockout

A customer has a question and I hope we can get some opinions on it, thanks

I’ve added peat moss, and started checking pH of water I add, I have sulfer granduals on way in mail… My soil is too alkline, I wasn’t checking my phone for a while on water and nutrients I was adding, as a result my soil is at 8 pH… I’m adding 4 pH fluids trying to get soil back down to 6 pH,… Any suggestions on something I’m doing wrong or not doing right?. The leaves lost color and I assume I am suffering nutrient lockout… Just learning to grow…

What is the age of the plant and have you tried flushing the soil yet to help correct the ph problem? And have you been checking ph of any nutes and/or runoff from waterings?

If you join the forum you can put up a picture and further information. Without that it’s just guessing.

I would add that you should not PH so low to adjust your soil. You WILL burn your plants.
