The leaves are all brown, curling upwards, dry and sometimes black in spots

A customer has a question and I hope we can get some opinions on it, thanks

Can misting my leaves under 1000 watt double ended bulbs be the reason the leaves are all brown, curling upwards, dry and sometimes black in spots. And it seems like the plants don’t even “want” to get rid of them as when I pull gently they don’t fall off like normal leaves that are “dead”. Not sure what’s happening, my business partner who’d grown before says it cant be the misting he did it every day all day???

Yes. The water droplets act like magnifying glasses. It’s called lensing

You should keep the plant dry and never mist directly while under light. Misting can also harbor mold

i’d definitely check my soil runoff ph. what have u been feeding her? do u ph nutes and water before u feed?

misting is not the problem. problem is nute overdose. Use plain PH’d water for 4 days.

this is heavy ovefeeding…look like burned by the light to…
check your pH/ec
