Been a bow hunter for almost 40years 
used to make bows once upon a time… mostly out of Osage with bamboo backing…

We had a great time. Very Cool to sit and talk to my great friend again !
My friend, Greg, had an Indian Chief as his grandfather. He was the last one left from his tribe of Seneca Indians when I was a child. He made his own bows and arrows. This was in the early 1960’s and he was the coolest person I ever met in my life. He used to tell us stories about the old times when the entire valley belonged to his tribe and how he lived. He was late 80’s, early 90’s at that time. He put on his Indian Chief uniform for us kids one time. He had the elaborate headdress and all. VERY impressive. I wish I could go back to that again, I was just a kid and did not really appreciate the history I was looking at. We talked a lot about “Pappy” (his grandfather) the night we sat and drank and smoked Thai weed.
Not merely good times, GREAT TIMES, is more accurate.

Wow! I missed out on a great conversation!
I’m not sure of the specific tribes, but my dad’s line comes from the Cherokee nation and my mom’s line from the Lakota(sp?) tribe, so her mom said.
I have very few regrets in my life because that life made me who I am, but not paying attention to my family history and the ways of the past that we are losing is definitely a regret.

I know what you mean. I started tracking my family after my Grandma died in 1986 and I realized she was the last one in the family that was a historian for the family. Such a loss. Would give anything to spend a week talking to her again, she knew a lot about the family history.
It was an fantastic time we had last week. We are gonna repeat it this fall !

Journal Update:
She is still picking up nice fatter buds on the buds and stalks. Forming into nice cola’s now. Can’t get my pictures in now as I lost my photo program in the laptop my wife crashed. Will continue working on that. No water today. Will check it out tomorrow and likely water then.

Journal Update:
Checked her this am and was dry. Last night she weighed a lot more than this morning which makes sense, plant respiration. Anyway, I took her into the shower and fed her there and cleaned her off. Buds are starting to pick up now. Took 1 gallon to get any return at all. I fed on the second gallon. I went into the other rooms and realized that just the 15 minutes out had the entire house smelling like sweet buds ! ! 
I loved it but am really sure the wife will not appreciate it. No sense of humor at all !
I got her back in the grow box and realized that I smell like it too. Had my head in the canopy when I was carrying it back to my grow room. I feel like I got a kind of buzz off it ! they sure are a great smelling buds. I got a sticky streak across my glasses from bumping the bud. My glasses even smell great. Cannot wait for my young Apprentice to be a Jedi Master in my humidor !
Feeding today: Sensi Bloom A&B 4ml ea, Golden Tree 5ml, Humboldt Bloom (0-10-0) 3ml, Humboldt Honey 3ml. pH: 6.5
The buds that got burnt showing pretty well now. A little behind in height but i cut some off. Buds seem to be forming well now.
Added Note for Journal:
She seems to be getting with the program again, despite abuse. I think about another 3-4 weeks if I can make her go that long. I want to really see if my work was worth it. If I can get a good yield out of it I will be very happy and consider it a worth-while cause.
I have a modification in the working to put in 4 corner lamps about 18 inches off the floor in the Grow Box and help fill out the lower buds. They are getting better exposure than usual due to the main line but after I feel better, improvements are never a bad thing !
If it really is worth it, I now have my 2x4x5 grow tent up and it will be empty of garden veggies very soon. Otherwise, I may try something else, maybe a Scrog. I kinda look like I am most of the way there now.

And WHAT would a Thursday night without a little BUD PORN ! Got two pictures of the buds filling in. Was taken about an hour ago. The buds are starting to get with the program ! They’re getting there slowly.

@Kcdaniels I have to turn the “Smell-a Vision” down or it engulfs the entire house ! Had her out for about thirty minutes yesterday and my Entire house smelled like Skywalker OG ! Got to admit it was not the worst smell except my wife didn’t like it. FIGURES !
@FloridaSon Great to see you around again. Missed ya ! This seems to be a pretty good strain and it grows fast. I am hoping I can slow it down a little to build heavier buds. Them flowers can just keep stacking for as long as they want. I am going to let some of the buds go to all amber. Need some sleep medicine. Going to cut one earlier for a more speedy buzz.
@DieHigh55 Here is the young Skywalker in her home. I hope she continues to build more buds.
Journal Update: She looks great this AM and apparently the honey and additional P in the Bloom has made something of a difference. Looks like it has built more bud thickness overnight !
Master Yoda was standing at the door last night, admiring the odor and mumbling “The force is strong in this one” over and over. I fond myself finding more and more reasons to open the door and smell her buds.

Gotta admit the party didn’t live up to the billing yesterday. Everyone was too excited about getting out early. They cancelled the last day of the seminar so a lot went home early or quit really early. We still managed to have a great time and are already planning on the next get together.
Next time we have to do it on his turf, which also happens to be my old stomping grounds from HS days. Has changed a lot but a lot of my friends are looking for me now that he has announced I am coming next year. Good friends and good times together.
