The CRY is tbe hardest I've tried growing

A customer has a question and I hope we can get some opinions on it, thanks

The CRY is tbe hardest I’ve tried growing, very very slow at sprouring after germinating, also young plants with 6 sets of leaves an limbs growing still very few roots or none.(BNK few roots)
Can not give any nutrients ,even as little as a half a teaspoon per 5 gallons the plants wilt so I’ve had to pour out the water an replace with just plain water to save them.Tried root starter with no results-whats the seacret?
