The best ways aside from just adjusting the light hours to a 12 by 12 cycle?

A customer has a question and I hope we can get some opinions on it, thanks

I’m a week away from inducing flowering on two of my plants and i want to know the best ways aside from just adjusting the light hours to a 12 by 12 cycle? like should i ice the soil at any point or is there anything organic i can add to boost bud production im working on using whats basically an aquaponics feed system so plenty of nitrites and phosphates from the fish but yeah any tips would be appreciated. i have already read your grow bible cover to cover twice lol

You can lower your light over the next week. A couple days 16/8 then 14/10 then 12/12. I’ve never done this myself but have read that it helps reduce the stretch

Some growers shut the lights off for 48 hours. Then go into 12/12.

the Ladies will stretch at least 1.5 times veg height…for about two weeks then settle into a slow height growth and focus on filling out and flowering up.
