Could you please tell me what could it be? Is it nutrients issue?

Looks like a few issues.
1 being they are WAY to young for nutes!
2 Soil looks way to wet. Your over watering them.
3 They are stretching for the light. What do you have for lights? Your light is either to high, or to weak.
What is the PH of the water you have been giving them? And what soil are they in?
It looks like a combo of things as @Rugar89 stated.
Soil looks to wet for seedlings. Seedlings only need to be kept moist until the roots are developed.
What type of soil are those in? The soil might have nutrients in it which coild be causing issues for your young plants.
Looks like all of the above plus soil or soiless mix with fertilizer is burning them…
Hi,
Thank you for your replies.
We using black magic seed raising mix. looks like just general seed mix.
Using full spectrum LED lights and heat pad under the seedlings.
Lights were too far in the beginning. Then we installed additional LED white light just above the seedlings.
Several days later they started going yellowish.
Running it all 24/7
Agree with everything said above. Too young for nutes and soil is too wet.
I would also switch your lights to 18/6 now. No need for 24/0.
In order for us to help you, you first need to help us by filling out this support ticket so we can better understand your growing conditions.
We also need to know the exact lights you are using and a link to them if possible.
Is this the growing medium you are using? If it is, its a soilless mix. It also has a time released fertilizer which is a big no no growing these type of plants.

Dear Rugar,
I just replanted all 5 into general potting mix. Coz that’s the only what I got atm.
So it is -
ILGM Green Leaf
I think it was about 3 weeks since we planted it.
Soil: currently all purpose potting mix
Watered them about twice a day
Indoor
Bunch LEDs which I made myself. Mostly I used full spectrum diodes, some bright white, UV, and InfraRed too.
Vent system: two fans, one exhaust.
Current Humidity is at 47
Main problem is overwatering…
Yes, its after replanting them.
How much water we should be giving them?
Just installed heat pad under them.
Soil temperature is at 22 C at the moment.
How to measure light distance? From top of the plan?
Light Is about 15cm above them
Using just bright light. 6 LED modules - White 5720K~6350K. 3W each module.
Feels like they look happier already
All they need is to be misted a few times a day with a spray bottle. You are drowning them.
cool! will do. Thank you
I will keep updating pictures on how its going
I agree witj everyone as wwell… great help ALL OF YOU
WILL
Anything else I can do to speed up recovery?
The new growth is definelty looking better!
It looks like you have one plant that is stretching towards the light a bit- so you might want to consider moving our lights down a little bit more. Also just make sure you are just still misting with water at this point. One of them looks a little droopy which is usually caused by overwatering.
But looks like you are on the right track now.
