Terpenes becoming volatile at 65ﾟF (Feedback Needed)

I read and have noticed that terpenes become volatile at ir above 65F.

Assuming thats why they say to dry and store UNDER 65F.

So in order not to lose any precise terpenes would the majority think it would be wose to always keep the temps 65 and below during flower?

Will that hinder bud development? Slow the plants metabolism?
