Strain is ww but I feel like there isnt a whole lot of light penetration going on lol

Move your lights up which should induce some stretch. Look up the technique; ‘Supercropping’ and start applying that to your plants. Training will open it up without removing leaves (those produce the sugar the plant needs to make flower).
