Supercropping split or separation - What to do?

First attempt at supercropping.

Squeezed and twisted it and then… Timber! she fell.

But there is sort of a bulging separation or split on both sides. This has me concerned.

Do I need to tape the bend up like it was snapped in two? Or will it probably be okay? Help please

It will heal up fine after a few days. A little honey or aloe applied to the would can help it heal.

Be sure to bruise stems well before supercropping. It helps prevent split and broken stems.

Looks good. She will make a knot soon.

You can also supercrop like i did 2 auto. All you do is drop a 550r light on them and squash them flat…lol

So the consensus is I don’t need to tape it, correct?

Correct. It will develop a big knuckle where the wound is.

Even with a couple of long splits in it?

Thanks

You should be good. If worried put some honey on break.
