Sugar instead of nutrients?

We’ve covered this topic numerous times, the only time any sugar is of any benefit at the root-zone, is primarily in soil – where you have plenty of microbes in the soil to break the sugar down into something that actually can be absorbed by the roots. Sugar in and of itself can not be directly absorbed into the plant through the roots.

Adding sugar, whether it comes from honey, molasses or pure sugar to your nutrient mix or to your soil doesn’t add sugar to your plant. The sugar molecule is too big to be absorbed by the plant through its roots by osmosis. In soil, the beneficial microbes might be able to convert it to something the plant can use but it is more likely to increase the amount of pests (bugs and bad microbes) and cause more harm than good. Starving the plant of nutrients the last two weeks does do some good, by feeding only water the last couple of weeks, you force the plant to live off its reserves and reduce the amount of chlorophyll and nutrients in its tissues, this of course leads to a better cure and smoother smoke in the end.

So I had plants growing in ground until they were about a foot and a half tall then wanted to put them in pots to be able to move to safe spot. They went limp instantly. Was Abel to get three of them to come back and look alright but the rest of them are still limp. Can anyone tell me what I could do to get the rest to come back
