Storing Pollen with Corn Starch

Anyone else use corn starch to cut their pollen? I’ve been using a 1 to 1 ratio. I’m curious as to how others store their pollen.

I used flour for many years and someone turned me on to corn starch it doesn’t seem to clump as bad. Guess ol dogs can learn new tricks. 10 to 1??? I maybe mixed flour two to one, seems excessive why?

I’ve always refrigerated mine @oldmarine. Have you ever tried freezing it?

That’s the way I learned. I keep it in the freezer.

I have always used it within a year and refrigerating it was how I was taught. How long will it be viable by freezing it? I may try freezing the next batch how you do yours in the freezer @oldmarine ? You using jars or something?

I seal it in plastic bags, in another plastic bag and in a film container.
