Hi, I’m new to growing. One of my 6 plants grew some balls I noticed today so I had to pull it out. A lot of work went in tho this boy so I hate to compost it. In Thailand where I grew up, people in the country side used to grow them for medicine, and eat the greens, either stir-fry or cook them in the soup. I decided to make stir-fry dish with oyster sauce. First, the oyster sauce I use is imported from Thailand, because it’s more umami and less salty than the Chinese one either imported or made in the USA. You can get any kind you can find but have to adjust the saltiness.
