ILGM support have neen in touch and offered a refund living up to its reputation after both original orders were re-sent and nothing showed up.
The follow up service is as advertised 
Unfortunately I wont be able to experience their quality strains and genetics apart from through this awesome forum.
Luckily 2 other seed banks are able to ship here so all us not lost. Thanks especially to @garrigan62 for his help a true gentleman.

I had order seeds original sensible seed as well but the don’t send me and not reply for email firs I take email from them and be go to police , next I would like destroyed your shopping you 25f give back

Ive had 4 from 7 orders arrive from 4 different banks just not ILGM but did receive a refund.

May have been an issue with seeds you ordered being out of stock too. Not sure, as forum staff isn’t really involved with that side of things. But I’m happy to hear you were refunded. Hopefully what you’re looking for will be available soon.

They sent both my orders twice and then refunded so excellent customer service. I will order again once I get the nod. The Vault has been outstanding in the mean time

I’m in New Zealand. If anyone here is a Kiwi and can offer me advice I would love to hear it. I’m experienced but this is literally my first experience buying from online overseas.
I just read a message that ilgm seed shop will no longer be processing orders to New Zealand. Sounds like for whatever reason the orders are being shipped but not getting delivered. I did read a note that the office is trying to resolve all pending orders though. But from this week moving forward, orders with New Zealand shipping or billing address would not be filled.
So disappointed to here this. Fortunately other banks are still having sucess or Id really be stuck.
I’ve been waiting on an order to arrive in NZ for 5 weeks now and just had a replacement order resent today. I made another order a week before they stopped shipping to NZ and will be out of pocket around $600 NZ dollars if the orders don’t arrive. No one told me about there being delivery problems to NZ when I was dealing with customer support
I don’t understand how nothing is getting through at all. I can understand customs stopping a few packages here and there but everything? very disappointing.
If you’ve already been dealing with customer service it would be best to continue that conversation with them. We are outside of that loop, I was just relaying message.

I first ordered in may just before lockdown. 30 days later, nothing.They resent to friends house in April. Nothing.Then resent in july to neighbors address. Still have not received any seeds or letters from customs at all 3.
Are you in New Zealand as well? I ordered seeds from a couple of other companies in the UK and Amsterdam a few weeks ago and received both packages within 2 weeks of ordering so I doubt customs are intercepting anything.
Yeah otago area. You would think 1 of the 3 would of arrived or a letter from customs at least. Who did u last order from? Am thinking of getting some thru herbies
Mephistogenetics but they’ve shut down to restock and Marijuanaseedshop in Amsterdam. I’ve had 3 orders sent out from ILGM and none made it to me either. Apparently they’re being sent from Australia to here so should only take a week but nothing. Either the Australian border customs are so efficient they can stop every shipment of seeds out of the country or they aren’t actually sending them. I think ILGM need to look at whoever is running their Australia operation and make some changes
