Has anybody started seedlings in 3 oz. Solo cups ?

Not that I can recall. Most people soak them in that size, but with only water.

@Djdidditt It wouldn’t hurt…I suppose it would be about the same as starting seeds in starter trays of soil or rapid rooter size… You’d be transplanting pretty quick. To regular solo or larger.
I usually start in rapid rooters… Sometimes rapid rooters pre buried in a solo cup of roots organics original… Until transplant to 1 gallon plastic then to 7 gallon fabric pots.
