When the nodes start stacking like this, does it mean the flower stage is starting? I’ve started noticing some stigmas as well. Wedding Cake is the strain. Can I continue to bend and train my plant throughout the first part of flowering?

@1Cam when you actually get into flower you should try to have all of your training done, the branches will begin to harden and lose flexibility as they prepare for the weight of flower.
