Ooh, that looks more like damping off, from being too wet or too anaerobic at the seedling’s roots.

It is most likely just leaning toward the light, which is normal.

Mines bending as well I just put a chop stick beside it and she’s now leaning on it for support. Is my light maybe under powered for seedlings? It’s supposed to be a full spectrum quantum board.
Put a 3 inch collar on the inside pot and fill with dirt that will fill half way up the leg.
