Defoliated these today and they are looking pretty sad. Is this normal after Defoliation? Thank you in advance for any input… this pic doesn’t do any justice, they are pretty droopy
They look a bit heat stressed perhaps, but more so like this photo was taken just before lights out it right after the lights came on - is that the case?

This was taking about 4 hours before the light went off… I did raise the light right before I took the pic… I checked this morning when I got up and they look great, no droopy ness going on… I normally give them newts on Saturday, but I held off because I didn’t want to stress them more
