Solar Power & Battery to power 900w panel off grid

Hey guys,
anyone got a solar power system seperate from the grid that can power their lighting ?
Ideally wanting to know if its feasable to entirely power my grows with solar only

You could probably power a small grow that way. Lights are pretty power hungry, particularly MH and HPS.

Solar panel efficiency isn’t all that great. You get about 200w per square meter of solar panel.

You would need a lot of panels to run a 900 watt light

This unit would power a 900 watt light for just about one hour+ with a 1000 Wh capacity from a full charge. I do not know how long it takes to charge or how much power the panels can supply continuously.

Not an expert!
Just pointing the guy in the direction he wanted to go!
Up to the user to do the research!

I have a 8kw solar panel system but I have to be connected to the grid. But it powers my whole house, including the grow rooms and still sends power back to the grid.

That is a beefy system. Nice!

Yup, not getting this on Amazon for a few hundred bucks either though.

You could totally run a grow off grid with solar and properly sized battery bank. Get your checkbook out though, it won’t be cheap.
