Do you guys use chillers to keep you water cool? I have read the you want you water to be about 68°f and air temp about 75°f. Is this a standard?

Most definitely. One less potential problem to have to deal with.
What chiller do u use?

1/10hp active aqua chiller for 22 gals in my system.

Same here. I run it hard- 35-40 gals in my system w/ tent temps around 90° and black buckets. It’s been a champ, zero issues.
