I have a small stealth grow box with 1.5 gal tank with air stone 4" in fan 4" out fan .I have 3 CFL lights top and put a 12x12 blue and red Led panel on inside door. Is it alright to mix these lights ? My tank only holds 3/4 gal of water to 1/2 inch below cups. I’m using 2 inch rock wool . It took 5 days to sprout; growed 1/2 inch over night. After 1 week plants only grow 1/2 inch 2 pedestal leafs and 2 regular leafs that are dark green looking good with large fat red stems.Should there be more growth after 1 week or are the roots using most of the energy for development ?

Yes most likely the roots are growing, you need to put an air stone in your water. I’d like to see some pictures too! Good luck
