Small Insects on My Plant

I notice I have some very small insects flying around my plant. What can I use to kill them and not harm my plant?

any pics? could be gnats

That’s what they look like. I think they’re too small to get a photo. Either way what can I kill them with?

Mosquito bits is one remedy I’ve heard works and is fine for your plant

let the soil dry and you can mix mosquito bits with water and i put some in the soil to kill the larva, they reproduce fast.

You can make a mosquito bit “tea” where you put like a cup of bits in a gallon of water and shake the snot out of it. Strain the chunks and apply. Makes for a fast kill. You can apply a small handful and do almost a topdressing with it too. That’s more of a preventative method.

It’s always a good idea to put sticky cards in your grow pests will show up there first giving a chance to figure out early what pests you have.
