Welcome!

Tell us about your grow.
Medium? Nutrients? Watering schedule (amount / frequency)?

Coco and perlite, using mars hydro sp250, 300watt from the wall at 27 inches from Canopy. Using ag grow coco nutes. Plus go green from professors nutrients. 25 to 27degrees Celsius an rh 50 to 65%. 2 weeks since transplant. Nice airflow . Watering every 3 to four days. 500ml to 1l each plant . Using less then half the strength for the nutes. Thanks for the welcome.

You’re welcome!

Sounds like you are not watering nearly enough. That’s .13-.26 gallons every three to four days. What size pots are you in? You will want to be watering coco frequently and to runoff each time. I don’t want to state specifics. One of the coco guys will cover that. But they definitely need much more than you are giving them.

You mentioned nute burn. I feel like I’m looking at light green (hungry) plants.

Pot size 23 cm high 26 cm long. I have up the water in take and bunt the leaves. I want to water more frequently but as they still so small it will just take longer for them to dry out. Light green hungry plants is exactly what your looking at. But since I burnt them already I don’t know what to do… adding more nutes ect

You do not want them to dry out in coco. Hence the frequent watering. I want to say you water daily at a minimum, but I am a soil grower. Every time you water thoroughly in coco, to runoff, you reset the medium. You are supposed to feed each watering, for the most part. So if you burn them you would dial back not stop feeding.

Cheers mate for your reply. Will try that for sure .

My pleasure, but talk through the specific details with someone else before you settle on a new schedule.

My advice for now is to soak those pots with a mild feed. Then follow up on frequency with somebody else.

That’s what I’m doing know. I only just fed them afew hours ago so all will be good with the mild feed.

Not just water daily but you feed them daily, coco is an inert medium, it contains no nutrients for your plants, that is your duty to give them

In those terms, there is no feed feed water, feed water feed schedule.

You must watch your plants and adjust for what they are telling you

Thanks mate. This is the first time having problems. And first time asking for help. Much appreciated.

All good, you got a little bit going on tho, you prepared for all those?

Are you phing your water cause they look super nitrogen deprived probably due to either little to no nitrogen in your medium or the feed water or your general ph is way to high coco needs a ph of 5.8-6 also it’s pretty hard to over water coco so be aggressive I give 1/2 gallon (1.8 liters) every 3 days since week 1 and I haven’t had a single drop of runoff(which means the coco is perfectly or under saturated)

I dunk my planters to allow them to soak up from the bottom. Just like soil you’ll be able to lift them and tell if they are light and need feeding.

I just sit the planter inside the bucket of nutrient solution, do your best to be easy and allow them to settle in without going above 3/4 of the planter. You want the roots and medium to soak it up not flood over the top.

Yea you can do that with hydro nutes but dry amendments and liquid organics require top watering

Yes mate have a sp3000 and phlizon CREE COB 2000 for when they are ready to flower In the 5x5 tent. They going into 7gall fabric for flower and when I don’t have enough space as the 5x5 only accommodate 14 7gall I have a 100 by 100 by 200 tent which is 5 week’s away from my clones to finish up with a tsw2000. Set up.

Ph is 5.8 for veg.

I’d probably go with 4-6 in a 5x5 but everyone’s grow is different

In 7 gal they fill out that area with canopy

True mate. I will just have to wait and see what training method I will use. I know I won’t have enough space. But it’s no biggi as I will just get another tent kit.i ran 14 plant before an got 3 to 4 Oz each plant. But as its super skunk that I haven’t grown before like I said I will just have to wait and see. Thanks for the input mate. Any pointers would be much appreciated.

cheers guys. They have improved over the past 24 hrs.
