I found this by accident. It’s kind of surreal in a way.
I was looking at a picture and when I swiped up the lower half of the screen displayed photo data.
In addition there was a small icon at the center of the photo. I touched the icon and Siri identified the picture to be that of a cannabis plant.

My Android also does this 
Take a photo of someone and see if facial recognition works.
I have no photos on my phone other than grandkids and all notifications turned off and it has no clue what or where the cloud is.
Google knows more about you than your family does.
A while back my wife was talking with someone about a product. She was by her computer at the time. Within seconds that product showed up on her computer screen. We found and disconnected the microphone. I find that to be a little invasive.

I just installed $1000 worth of home surveillance, and the Alexa box thing lights up when I walk in the room. The camera on it is covered 
Interesting. My phone (iPhone 11) can pretty much only sort “plant” and “not plant” and even then …
It ain’t so good at that.
