Sings of reveg?

5 of my 6 clones started to flower early and it has been 2 weeks now and the days are getting longer. Are they showing signs of reveg? Outdoor.

Also, if they have started to reveg do the flowers that have started to grow fall off, or do I need to do anything to them?

When i start this round my clones had to reveg as well took about 3 weeks before noticed an change to them some of the buds the had fallen off and some disappeared i think falling off into soil
