Signs of Dampening Off?

I took a look at my seedling this morning and it seemed a little more damp than needed. I have cut back the humidity and dropped the water level. I also tried to squeeze out some of the water from the cocoa pod. I’m not sure if this is a sign of dampening off or not.

Yes it is…
Skinny stalk…
Stop watering and let it dry out some…

So, is this a loss?

No…
Not a loss yet…
Let it dry out a bit…
It will come back…
Its roots are over watered and it wants to shoot new roots above that area that’s shrinking…
Just let it dry out…

Thank you for the information. I had the feeling it might have been so I dropped my DWC water level (in fact, I turned off the air stone for the moment to keep the roots from getting any more water plashed on them). I turned off the humidifier and turned up the Ventilation fan speed. That was about an hour ago. I just took another pic and it already looks a little better.
