Attached are pictures of a few blurple lights I purchased before I really got into growing, would it make any difference if I hung them sideways and used them as side lighting? Or would it not be worth the headache of the added heat?
If you now have sufficient lights then it’ll benefit your electric company more than the plants.

I do everything I can to sheist my electric company, including crapping in the dark

As I was told its a waste of power. I was doing this and it caused serious heat issues so I stopped doing it.
