Does anyone know what kind of mushrooms these are? I watered my plants last night this morning I checked on them and these mushrooms sprouted overnight. They’re still in the pot I didn’t want to pick them.

Not the good ones, they have a purple ring on the stalk. Lol

I’m thinking there might be a moisture issue here.
Maybe. A lot of soils will end up mushroom spores in them.
Some trees will shoot spores. My flower beds are covered in them daily.

I get mushrooms in soils all the time, particularly when I use hay. Mushrooms are the fruiting body of an organism called a mycelium that lives in the soil. Before the mushroom can grow the mycelium must mature. Some people buy a product called Mycos to inoculate their soil, this mushroom may not be beneficial to cannabis directly, but indirectly it may be contributing to the food web of your soil, so congratulations! Enjoy them!
