NO. That would cause the Sun to burn up mineral salts that are in the soil.
If you were reusing soil; There is a process called solarization, and you place your used soil in a clear plastic wrap, and turn for a couple weeks, sterilizing the soil, and killing pests, and environmental bacteria.
