Should I wait to prune/lillipop?

Have a question about pruning before/after flower starts. So my question is; I did not prune much before transitioning to flower. I’ve read to wait at least 2-3 weeks after flower to prune/lollipop for the last time. Since I didn’t prune before, should I just wait the 2-3 weeks and give a really good pruning? I flipped to flower 3 days ago.

Thanks!

I do as much of my training as early as possible. I even lollipop my plants before they go into flower. I give them a final clean early flower. I try not to stress my plants in flower.

If that were my plant, I’d have to defoliate. I’d pick a mid sized leaf and remove every larger leaf.

She is looking very healthy. I would continue pruning lower leaves as needed; old leaves to allow airflow to the bottom. Then wait till finished stretching before any major pruning for shape. Then prune as leaves lose chlorophyll near the end.
