So came home today, and my Afgani looks to be ready. I have been flushing for 10 days, most of the fan leaves have yellowed. An these isn’t a white piston on any of the buds. Only thing is I still see a 50/50 of milky and clear. Should only the head of the trichromes be milky or the whole body? I was planning on harvesting tomorrow, since I gave it 4 says to go bone dry. 1st grow, and the advice I have gotten from here is what got me this far. Cut or re water and wait?

The pic is a little blurry but from what I can see I can still see a lot of clear as well. The pistils can turn red before its matured. Different factors like strain, environment, light intensity, nutes etc… the head of the trichome on the actual bud not sugar leaves
So I should just keep ph watering. This will be week 10 from flip.

Do you have a loop to see the trichs up close? And if so, do you look at the trich heads on the bud not sugar leaf?
I do have a loupe and magnifier. Trying to get a picture through. The heads are milky, but stems are still clear. Wondering if I started the flush to soon

If the heads on the bud are milky then ide be flushing.
I think I made the mistake of flushing based on the pistons an not the heads. This is entering week 10 in flower so patience is also the other thing I must keep in check.

Its hard to see it clear but if youre looking through a loop and you’re seeing just as many clear heads as milky then it needs to mature longer. Looks like there is alot of clear left
There is. I have decided to at least go another week.
I’ve just learned sativa and indica have different harvest points. So lastly I ask, should i worry that 60 to 70 percent t of the leaves have yellowed. All the fan leaves have now fallen off. Since I am not reintroducing nutes, is the water an leaves enough for it to finish

Bruh your fine to flush now…Here’s another note my opinion, some strains never get Amber just the way it is. If you have 60-70% yellow leaves and all your fan leaves fell off personally I’d flush for a few days and chop it down. Just me now someone else is going to tell you something else I’m sure. You have a discussion to make soon. I used to flush for two weeks and haven’t in over two yrs I flush for one week only…Never have any bad taste in my weed. I’m growing 14 different a strains at the moment and not one at harvest is 70% yellow leaves and all fan leaves falling off.

Mind you I get yellow leaves to at harvest time but not like what your describing and leaves all falling off… My 2 cents what it’s worth my brother. Wish you all the best
