Should I Trim Them Again?

A customer has a question and I hope we can get some opinions on it, thanks.

“Hi, i have some of your Super Skunk F seeds that a mate and i bought, i live in northern Queensland Australia and the climate is hot, average 30 to 35 a day, I have 5 in at the moment and they are doing very very well, i use Canna products Terra, vega & PK 13-14, the plants are outside in 40litre pots and get up to 15hrs of sun a day, what i would like to know is that on your site you say each plant produces up to 18 to 23 oz per plant, do I need to do Fiming or trim them to gain this amount per plant? the plants at the moments are about 8 inches tall. look forward to your reply
PS also how tall do the super skunk F plants grow?”

It’s your choice if you want to fimm or top them.
I recommend to do the fimm technique because this way you will get more tops. Also you need to LST (low stress training) or scrog your plants

If you are growing outdoor, I would just consider what season that pushes you into by prolonging the veg-stage. I know you down-under guys have backwards seasons  so you’re probably spot on.

Also you need to keep them in veg stage at list 2-3 months or more and I will tag @Ragnar for more help, if I’m not mistaken him is growing outdoor :open_hands:

Hay I’ve grown up there in Mackay Airlie beach and don’t tip em at all put em in the ground if outside and tigh them down keep doing so until you have a bush hedge or even use a cross net over top of em to create same results every tip you take will be a bud get bigger yerilds form this method trust me :ok_hand::ok_hand::ok_hand:hope i helped

See the results in that pic :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye::stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye::stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye::stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye::stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

If he wants to get over piund of finished bud from each plant , 40 liters pots are not goung to do that…
I grow in 65 gallons pots , thats around 250 liters and yield 1-2 pound per plant…

If growing outdoors

Heavy sativas…trimming topping fimming…etc. is a must
Heavy indicas…its a choice

Trim them aggressively right when they show pre flower…
Keep the bottom third of the plant clean and neat, saves you a lot of problems later on…

Happy growing

QUEENSLAND GROWERS WARNING! Hi guys, if anyone in Queensland buys seeds and they do not show up be careful, Customs is right on to it big time in QLD, they inform the local police who gets warrants to search the properties that they where marked to be sent to, i know as I just got raided today early in the morning, and I live in the bush 40min to nearest city, police drove for 31/2 hours to get to my place. So be warned if you live in QLD, do not buy seeds and get them sent to this state QLD.
