"Should I Move These Plants Inside?"

A customer has a question and I hope we can get some opinions on it, thanks.

“Hi. Thanks so much for any advice you can provide. These 4 plants were germinated in mid June, then moved outdoors in full sun, so they have been growing nicely since July 4. They are now 7” tall and branching nicely. I will leave this house on September 10. I would like to get some flowering before I leave.

Should I move these plants inside? Any other advice re soil, transplanting to larger pots (or garden) or different fertilizer?

Thanks so much!

I think it still to early to flower them I only see a few sets of true leaves on them
Imo your not going to have enough time to properly finish them I would let them veg at least two more week minimum before you flower
Your yields will be small otherwise
@Hogmaster what are your thoughts here
