Seeking permission to execute suspected male - again

Hey all,

I got some free seeds when I bought some from Cana Seed banks (had a gift certificate). Assumed they were feminized, turns out they were regular seeds. I have one I am sure is a female, one not completely showing yet, and this one that I am pretty sure is male.

Any arguments for clemency?

Possibly. Its hard to tell in those pics. Kind of harsh contrast.
If the flower has a little bit of a stem its a male.
