Seeds that didn't germinate money back

I got the supermix pack and paid a super amount for them to well 2 of gorilla goo and 2 BRUCE BANNER didn’t sprout.all of the other seeds from different companies sprouted out but the banner nor did the gorilla goo.well you guys said money back Guaranteed. How does this work do i got to go dig up the seeds go through the soil and find them or what
