I thought that if seeds don’t germinate that ILGM would replace them ? I’ve texted a few times to them but I get no response? I know people are busy but is been over a week and a half ? 5 white widow didn’t germinate , the 6 one did , I have 23 different strains and no problems any of them and I just order granddaddy purple and can’t wait to see them grow , my email and did ILGM tear down there VIP points cause I can’t bring them up and I know I’ve got a lot to spend .

@BobbyDigital gotcha covered, no work on the weekends an u would send 1 email or it will slow down the process, rest assured they will take care of you
I had the same thing, only it was 2 Super Silver Haze and one Golden Leaf. I got no reply worth mentioning and no seeds replaced.
The efforts you have made should work. But have you signed into seed website and went to support, and then used contact option. I’ve done this a couple of times and have been contacted fairly quickly.
